Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 2. With the consent of the parties, the matter is being finally decided. 3. By means of this petition, petitioner is praying for a mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to harass the petitioner in the interest of justice. 4. The contention is that an FIR vide Case Crime No.0209 of 2025 has been filed on 27.08.2025 without indicating any Sections of B.N.S., 2023 or any other provisions.
