Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following relief: " (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing thereby to resopondent authority no. 4 con-cerned i.e. Senior Treasury Officer Distric Hardoi to release the gratuity amount of Rs. 9,63,996.00 (Nine Lacs Sixty three thousand nine hundered ninty six rupees) and Rashikaran amount of Rs. 9,55,924/- (Nine Lacs fifty five thousand nine hundered twenty four rupees) contained with this writ petition as annexure no. 1" 3. It has been submitted that the aforesaid amount has already been sanctioned vide order dated 1st August 2025 by the concerned official but actual payment thereof has not been made till date. 4. Learned State counsel has not been provided any instructions. 5. In view of submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioner and upon perusal of order dated 1st August 2025, the opposite party No.4, i.e. Senior Treasury Officer, District Hardoi is directed to ensure payment of amount claimed by petitioner as gratuity and other benefits within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon him in case there is no legal impediment.
