ORDER 06-08-2025 Heard Mr. N. Baruah, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. 2. From the service report submitted by the S.I. of Gogamukh Police Station, it is seen that the notice of this case was served on the father of the respondent, as it is submitted by Mr. Baruah that the notice could not be served on the respondent as he a army personnel and presently posted and serving in the State of Telengana. 3. Further Mr. Baruah, learned counsel that the connected revision petition could not be filed within the stipulated time of limitation due to financial hardship and the petitioner could not come to Guwahati to file the present case due to Pandemic situation. 4. Further, the petitioner has no other person to accompany her to Guwahati for filing the present case. As such, there is a delay of 484 days in filing the connected criminal revision petition and accordingly, submitted that there is no laches and delay on the part of the petitioner in filing the connected revision petition with a delay of 484 days. 5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, the grounds of delay mentioned in this petition and other aspects of the matter, this interlocutory application is allowed condoning the delay of 484 days in preferring the connected revision petition against the order dated 11.03.2019, passed in Misc Case No. 02/2019 by the learned JMFC, Dhemaji. 6.
Registry is directed to register and number the connected criminal revision petition and to list the matter before the appropriate Bench, on a date to be fixed by it. 7. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
