Heard Sri Maneesh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed challenging an F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No.0389 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 328 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Aliganj, District Lucknow. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 04.08.2024 received from Sri Vinay Kumar Mishra, Sub Inspector, Police Station Aliganj, District Lucknow, submits that charge sheet dated 07.05.2024 has been submitted against the petitioners alongwith one accused, Ashish. The said instructions are taken on record. 4. Faced with above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. To which, there is no objection by learned A.G.A. 5. In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
