Learned Counsel for the petitioners admits to the assertion of Shri Mohan Singh, learned Counsel for the Gaon Sabha that the panchayat bhawan which was constructed within the precincts of the temple has been removed/shifted, however, Shri Mohan Singh says that in spite of Gaon Sabha having passed a resolution dated 03.10.2024 for construction of the panchayat bhawan on gata No.1517 (घ) as forwarded by a letter dated 05.10.2024 of the Block Development concerned the said proposal has not been approved as yet by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lambhua, Sultanpur. Let Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lambhua, Sultanpur take a decision on the resolution of the Gaon Sabha referred hereinabove, if it has been received in his office at the earliest say within one month. 3. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of as nothing survives for adjudication.
