Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. 3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
