Tarlok Singh Chauhan, Judge (Oral) On 20.09.2024, this Court ordered the issuance of notice to the non-applicants/respondents, returnable for 25.10.2024. However, notices could not be issued as the memo of parties was not correct and the applicant was accordingly directed to file fresh memo of parties so that the notices could be issued to the non-applicants/respondents as is evident from the order dated 08.11.2024. However, no steps were taken to place on record the correct memo of parties despite the case having been listed for the said purpose before the Additional Registrar (Judicial) on 05.12.2024, 20.12.2024 and 05.03.2025. Not only this, on two occasions none has appeared on behalf of the applicant. Though on 20.12.2024, Ms. Neha Negi, Advocate, had 2 2025:HHC:14254 appeared as vice counsel for the applicant, however, yet steps were not taken to file the correct memo of parties. 2. It is about eight months time that the applicant has failed to take steps to simply file a correct memo of parties. It goes to indicate that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. It is further clearly evident from the fact that today no one has put in appearance on behalf of the applicant/appellant. 3.
