Biswas, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This I.A. has been preferred seeking certain corrections in the order dated 15.09.2025, passed in I.A.(Crl.) No.1246/2023 in connection with the Criminal Appeal No.471/2023, granting bail to the petitioner/ appellant. 3. The corrections sought for is as follows: Correction of the cause title in the Memorandum of Appeal being Crl.A./471/2023 as well as in I.A.(Crl.)/1246/2023 and I.A. (Crl.)/1073/2025 in connection with Crl.A./471/2023, thereby correcting the name of the Appellant as Rupam Das @ Rupu in place of Rupam Das @ Rupa and father’s name as Late Ranju Das instead of Late Ranjit Das and address as Swamiji Road, Itkhola, P.S.- Silchar, District- Cachar, Assam in place of Vill.- Sonai Road, P.S.- Silchar, Dist.- Cachar, Assam. 4. Having perused the records, it appears that certain mistakes had been committing, while drafting the connected Appeal. 5. Accordingly, the corrections as sought for reflected above are allowed. 6. The cause title in the memorandum of Appeal being Crl.A./471/2023 as well as in I.A.(Crl.)/1246/2023 and I.A. (Crl.)/1073/2025 in connection with Crl.A./471/2023 hereby stands corrected correcting the name of the Appellant as Rupam Das @ Rupu in place of Rupam Das @ Rupa and father’s name as Late Ranju Das instead of Late Ranjit Das and address as Swamiji Road, Itkhola, P.S.- Silchar, District- Cachar, Assam in place of Vill.- Sonai Road, P.S.- Silchar, Dist.- Cachar, Assam.
