Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 16.10.2025 received from Inspector, Police Station Ramnagar, district Barabanki, which is taken on record, submits that charge-sheet no. 164/2025 dated 12.05.2025 has been prepared against co-accused Atul Kumar alias Doctor and forwarded it to the Supervisory Authority, however, name of the petitioner has been dropped, therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous, which has not been objected by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 5. Dismissed accordingly.
