Learned counsel for both the parties are in agreement that the issue involved in the appeal is squarely covered by the judgment dated 12.01.2022 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.615/2007-The National Insurance Co. Ltd. vs. Smt. Mohini Devi & Ors. 2. Accordingly, the appeal is decided in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 12.01.2022 passed in the case of The National Insurance Co. Ltd. (supra). 3. The appellant shall be entitled for the similar relief and benefits which have been granted in the aforesaid judgment dated 12.01.2022, hence, the appeal stands disposed of. 4.
