On the other hand, learned counsel for the State/respondents appearing on advance notice submits that subject to due 3 verification and scrutiny of the claim of the petitioner, appropriate steps shall be taken at the earliest within a period of 60 days. 4. Given the statement made by the counsel for the State/respondents, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.1/Rent Controlling Authority, Ambikapur to ensure that the application filed under Section 12 of the Chhattisgarh Rent Control Act, 2011 by the petitioner in respect of the eviction made by the petitioner be decided within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
