Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 17.03.2025 from the District Treasury Officer, Sirmour at Nahan. As per these instructions, payment of dearness relief on pension to the petitioner was stopped in compliance to office memorandum dated 22.01.2001 as clarified further under letter dated 23.01.2017.
2. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid decisions of 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
the respondents and to agitate their applicability to petitioner’s case, in accordance with law.
