Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petitioner- Balaji Kripa Buildwell, L.L.P. filed an application under order 1 Rule 10 CPC on 07.04.2018 and same is still pending for disposal even after passing of about seven years. Counsel for the petitioner/applicant further submits that the learned Court below may be directed to dispose of the aforesaid application filed under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC at the earliest. 3. Considered the submission made by counsel for the petitioner and also perused the order sheets of the suit proceedings placed alongwith the present petition. 4. The application filed under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC was filed by the petitioner-applicant on 07.04.2018 and as per the order sheet dated 21.07.2018, the plaintiff's counsel does not want to file a reply to the application, even then, the application is pending for disposal for last so many years. 5. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and so also the nature of the application i.e. for impleadment filed under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC, this Court feels that ends of justice would meet if direction is issued to the court below to dispose of the application of the petitioner at the earliest. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of witha direction to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge No.11, Jaipur Metropolitan-I, Headquarter Sanganer to decide the application filed under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of submitting of certified copy of this order.
