After hearing the parties and after going through the writ petition, I find that this writ petition has been filed on 11.07.2025. The last date of filling up of forms was 05.10.2024. The petitioner has approached this Court after the last date which has been fixed for filling up of the application. 5. Now if this writ petition is allowed that will open Pandora’s box and several person will approach this Court seeking similar relief.
