OMP (M) 369 of 2025 The present application has been filed for condoning the delay in filing the present appeal. It has been averred in the application that the copy of judgment was applied by the learned counsel for the applicant on 14.01.2025 and the same was delivered on 24.02.2025. Thereafter, legal opinion was sought as to determine whether the appeal against the impugned judgment has to be filed or not. Thereafter, the matter was examined at different levels and in this process, delay of more than 81 days has occurred. The reasons as assigned in the application are reasonable and plausible. In view of the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit and taking into consideration the submissions as made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present application is allowed and delay in filing the present appeal is ordered to be condoned.
