Mr. Arun Kumar Verma, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents No. 1 to 6. Mr. Shivom Vashista, Advocate, for respondent No.7. CMP No. 16321 of 2025 Supplementary affidavit has been filed. The applicant by way of supplementary affidavit has placed on record the fact that she belongs to a poor family. Her mother is a ASHA Worker and getting minimal honorarium of Rs. 5000/- only. Their new house is under construction and for such purpose, the money/ amount is required. Keeping in view the entirety of facts and circumstances, the application is allowed. The Registry is directed to release a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- out of the share of the applicant in the award amount, by remitting the same directly to her bank account, as detailed in para-5 of the application, after due verification.
