When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the investigation in the case has been completed and the final report has been filed as early as 06.01.2018, referring the case as civil in nature. 3. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Final Form / Report dated 06.01.2018 has neither been served on him nor his client. 4.
