Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 15.10.2025 received from Sri Mithilesh Yadav, Sub Inspector, Police Station Deva, District Barabanki, submits that charge sheet bearing No.72/2024 dated 05.02.2024 in the matter was submitted under Section 504, 506 I.P.C., however, the concerned Circle Officer had directed for further investigation and after further investigation, the charge sheet has been submitted on 16.05.2024 in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.17, Barabanki, wherein next date fixed is 26.11.2025, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy. The said instructions are taken on record. 5. Dismissed accordingly. 6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
