Thereafter, the petitioner was required, by notice dated 02.09.2025, to furnish documents, if any in support of his construction. As no document was furnished, the petitioner was required to demolish and remove the unauthorised building within 15 days, vide notice dated 14.10.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in response to the said notice, the petitioner has submitted an application on 24.10.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No.45663 of 2025 4. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, we direct the respondent Corporation to decide the petitioner's application, one way or the other, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
