On 10.11.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and submitted that he has given up vakalat in the matter and accordingly, the matter was directed to be listed on 14.11.2025 to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a memo to the above effect. This Court further directed the Registry to reflect the name of the petitioner as Party- in-Person. 3. On 14.11.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through alternate counsel. Thus, the matter was adjourned to 28.11.2025. On 28.11.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, eventhough his name was shown in the cause-list as Party-in-Person.
