With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up for disposal at this stage. 2. Petitioner is serving as Language Teacher at Government Senior Secondary School Sialkar, District Kangra, H.P. Her case is that she preferred a representation on 25.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.3, for inter-district transfer in terms 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 of 5% Inter District Transfer Policy dated 20.11.2021, however, the said representation has not been considered and decided till date by the said respondent/competent authority. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and under 5% Inter District Transfer Policy dated 20.11.2021, within a period of four weeks from today.
