Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sikidiri P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Divya Raghav, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi. 3. On 02.03.2025, co-accused Shekh Jahir @ Sheikh Zaheer was apprehended while he and other co-accused persons were robbing the informant near Bhusur forest beside Getalsood Dam. It is alleged that accused persons looted mobile phones, sound box, wristwatch, silver chains and other articles from the informant. 4. It was submitted that it is case of quarrel between two groups, which has given colour of robbery. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Divya Raghav, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi or her successor in connection with Sikidiri P.S.
