This application under Section 529 of B.N.N.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division F.T.C. 2, Gautam Buddh Nagar to consider and decide the Criminal Case No. 17292 of 2023 (Babli Vs. Ajay Dhiman and Others), under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of The Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station Sector 20, District Gautam Buddh Nagar pending in the Court of Civil Judge Junior Division F.T.C. 2, Gautam Buddh Nagar, expeditiously or within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is running and appearing before the trial court on each and every date for deciding the aforesaid application, but the same kept pending till date due to non appearance of accused/opposite party no. 2. Therefore, prayer has been made to decide the aforesaid application within a stipulated period. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court concerned is directed to make all possible endeavours and effective step to disposal of the case within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 5. It is also made clear that the Court / Presiding Officer is not the only stake holder in the trial and disposal of a case, hence, besides the P.O. concerned, all the stake holders i.e. police and executive authorities, counsels, parties to the case, staff are also made bound by this order and it will be their responsibility also to assist the Court in every manner for the expeditious disposal of this case. 6.
