Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State, however, no rejoinder affidavit is on record. 5. On perusal of order-sheet, it reflects that time was granted to the petitioner's counsel for filing supplementary affidavit, which was filed by him, however, no interim protection was granted, therefore, it appears that either the petition has lost its efficacy or the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. 6. As none is present on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition, it is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
