No one is present on behalf of the petitioners whereas learned A.G.A. for the State is present. 3. This petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to thereby directing the police concerned to provide the adequate Protection for safety and security to the petitioner's lives to secure the ends of justice including the entire family members of the petitioner No.2." 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 27.01.2024 received from Sri Diwakar Prasad Mishra, Sub Inspector, Police Station Pisawan, District Sitapur and dated 29.01.2024 received from Sri Vijay Kumar, Sub Inspector, Police Station Beniganj, District Hardoi, submits that there is no FIR in the matter, therefore, the petitioners are not being harassed in any manner, the said instructions are taken on record. He further submits that on the basis of complaint, the matter was inquired and the respondent No.5 has stated that he does not want any action on the complaint because the matter has been amicably settled and the petitioner No.1 is residing with the respondent No.5, who are brother and sister. 5.
