Heard Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to authority concerned for payment of minimum of regular pay-scale of Rs.18,000/- per month to petitioner on a Class IV post in terms of judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Sabha Shankar Dube v. Divisional Forest Officer reported in 2019(12) SCC 297: AIR 2019 SC 220. 3. Learned State Counsel on the basis of written instructions dated 08.10.2025, which is taken on record, however submits that the order pertaining to grant of aforesaid minimum of pay-scale at the rate of Rs.18,000/- per month was recommended in favour of petitioners and necessary and consequential orders have already been passed. It is therefore submitted that grievance of petitioner already stands redressed 4. In view of aforesaid statement indicated in written instructions nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon in this petition which is accordingly consigned to record without any adverse effects upon the benefits already provided to petitioner.
