Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 846 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable u/s 448, 354(B), 354(D) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIIth cum Special Judge POCSO, Patna. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks and seek regular bail.
