The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Articles of charge - cum - show cause notice bearing No.BWSSB/ CAO-ADMN/SIGU-16/4048/2019-20 dated 07.01.2020 issued by the respondent vide Annexure-G and to quash the order bearing No.BWSSB/CHINQ/EST-16/- 03/2019[P-14]/39/2019-20 dated 01.04.2020 passed by the respondent vide Annexure-J. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Counsel for the petitioner and the respondent jointly submits that a show cause notice dated 07.01.2020 issued to other employee was quashed by the coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.7603/2020 disposed of on 22.12.2020. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2440 WP No. 7646 of 2020 Counsel therefore, submits that the captioned Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 5. Taking note of the submission made by counsel for the respective parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.7603/2020 disposed of on 22.12.2020. 6. The Writ of Certiorari is ordered. The Articles of charge - cum - show cause notice dated 07.01.2020 issued by the respondent vide Annexure-G is quashed.
