Anand Surya, learned Counsel representing Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings and P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2. Sri Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings has drawn the attention of this Court to the Para No.6 of the Counter Affidavit filed by the Respondent No.2 on 23.07.2025, which indicates that the Official Respondents have admitted the net due amount of Rs.10,43,040/- and submitted the bill to the Assistant Pay and Accounts Officer (APAO), Chittoor, and the same was approved on 18.07.2025. 3. Having considered the admission of the Respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, directing the Official Respondents to pay a sum of Rs.10,43,040/- as full and final settlement within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from today, by completing all the inter-departmental and intra-departmental administrative process by cooperation and coordination between all the concerned departments and transfer the said amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter. 3 4. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit copies of his bank account details to the Competent Authority forthwith, for effective compliance. 5. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed to the extent indicated. No order as to costs. 6.
