A prayer for adjournment is being made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner by Sri Ramzan Ahmad holding brief of Sri Kuldeep Kumar Dube. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 26.10.2021, registered as Case Crime No. 0260 of 2021, under Sections 392, 411, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Jalalpur, District Jaunpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. Sri Jay Narayan, has opposed the prayer for adjournment as the matter is continuing in the list of fresh cases as a past over matter and points out that against three persons charge sheet no. 242 of 2021 have already been forwarded on 15.12.2021 against Raja Rajbhar and Brijesh Rajbhar and charge sheet no. 242A of 2021 against Raj Singh and Golu Singh have been forwarded on 21.01.2022 and the petitioner herein is absconding and proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. have been initiated. In this background of the case, we do not find the prayer for adjournment is rejected there can be no part quashing in the present case and the first information report is of the year, 2021 and the petitioner is absconding. 4. The petition is devoid of merits and is accordingly, dismissed.
