Leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order under challenge dated 20.08.2025 was assailed by the petitioners by filing an appeal bearing Appeal No.2732/2025, which was entertained by the Additional Commissioner and an interim order has also been passed on 17.09.2025, a copy of the said order has been provided to the Court for its perusal, the same is taken on record. It is, thus, urged that in view thereof, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to contest the proceedings before the appellate authority on its merits. 2.
