This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the impugned appointment letter issued by the Block Development Officer, Block Gaura, District Pratapgarh i.e. opposite party no.4 dated 21.08.2025 whereby he has appointed opposite party no.6 as B.L.O. The petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to make fresh appointment on the post of B.L.O. This is a speculative and harassive litigation without any basis. Upon perusal of the writ petition it is clear that the petitioner is a busybody and has no locus to file this writ petition. The writ petition being the misconceived is dismissed in limine.
