The case of the applicant is not covered in the exceptions provided in the Full Bench judgment of this Court in Ankit Bharti versus State of U.P. and another AIR Online 2020 ALL 694. The applicant's counsel could not given any response to the objection raised by learned A.G.A. On due consideration to the submission advanced and perusal of the record, this court finds that the applicant is Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Aasif Razzaque Khan Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Home Lko. .....Opposite Party(s) a resident of Pratapgarh and the first information report has also been registered at district Pratapgarh. There appears to be no pleading in the bail application or any ground to entertain present anticipatory bail application directly in this court in view of the law laid down in Ankit Bharti's case (supra) and as such the application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach the appropriate court.
