The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda. On 11.05.2025, petitioner was attending a marriage ceremony. He went to the stage and started making obscene gestures. He also clicked the photograph of the bride. In the meantime, when some persons tried to intervene, petitioner is alleged to have stabbed Balram Laiya and Mithlesh Laiya, due to which, Balram Laiya sustained injuries. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
