The learned Advocate for the Appellants submits that, the amount of Rs. 40,000/- towards the Consortium to the sister of the Deceased remained to be included in Sr. No. 9 of the Chart in Paragraph No. 11 of the said order and, therefore, the same may be included and the amount be re-calculated accordingly. 3. On going through the said order and in view of the Judgments reflected in paragraph no. 7 of the said order, the amount of Rs.40,000/- needs to be included under Sr. No. 9. A., towards Consortium and, therefore, calculation needs to be made and the amount on re-calculation, needs to be shown in the said order. 4.
