ORAL ORDER
1. Learned AGA is directed to accept notice for respondents No.1 and 2.
2. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
1. To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders considering the objections filed by the petitioner produced as Annexure-F & H as directed by this Hon’ble Court in W.P.No.8227/2023 as per Annexure-E within the time frame fixed by this Hon’ble Court.
2. Issue such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case including the cost of this Writ Petition.
3. Learned AGA who has accepted notice for respondents on instruction submits that the petitioner arguments have been heard and given 15 days’ time, necessary orders would be passed.
4. The said submission of the learned AGA answers the grievance of the petitioner, and the prayer sought for.
5. Placing the said submission on record, the petition stands disposed of.
