This application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraskha Sanhita, 2023, the accused petitioner namely, Raham Ali @ Rohom Ali, has prayed for bail in connection with Bongaigaon P.S. case No. 229/2025 under Section 21(b)/29 of NDPS, 1985. 3. The allegation in the FIR dated 01.09.2025 is about recovery of suspected Page No.# 2/2 heroine from the possession of the present accused petitioner, the quantity which is stated to be approximately 8.06 grams of heroin inclusive of Vials. 4. The case diary has been received. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation has revealed incriminating materials against the accused, also indicating that he is involved in peddling. 6. I have perused the case diary. It also appears that the investigation has progressed and it is pending for collection of FSL report. 7. Considering the progress of investigation and the length of detention, the accused-petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail in connection with Bongaigaon P.S. Case No. 229/2025 under Section 21(b)/29 of NDPS, 1985, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- with one suitable surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court Special Judge, Bongaigaon, 8. The direction for bail is further subject to the conditions: (a) That the accused person shall not absconded; (b) That the accused persons shall not hamper or tamper with evidence; and (c) That the petitioner shall not misuse his liberty to commit any illegal activities. 9.
