The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders and to direct the respondent authorities to grant benefit of Time Scale Pay to the petitioner w.e.f. 01-04-2006 and to pay all the arrears since 01-04-2006 alongwith interest. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble court further be pleased to grant all the consequential monetary and service benefits to the petitioner. Digitally signed by NADIM MOHLE -2- 10.3 The Hon'ble Court further kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case of the petitioner for kind perusal. 10.4 Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted to the petitioner.” 2) Mr. Anurag Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was initially appointed to a post in the Health Department vide order dated 21.12.1979, and subsequently, his services were regularized. He submits that despite issuance of circulars/instructions by the State Government, the benefit of the time-bound pay scale has not been extended to the petitioner. Though the petitioner retired in the year 2021, he prays for issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities to consider his claim. 3) Taking into consideration the submissions made by Mr. Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a representation before respondents No.2 and 3, raising all his grievances, and in turn, the respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation so made by the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 150 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
