The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 105 of 2025, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338 and 336(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Ramgarh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He submits that it has been alleged that the petitioner runs a registered Pragya Kendra near Jharna More, Kothar, Ramgarh and allegations are made of tampering with the income certificate issued by the Circle Office and issued after modification in that to another person. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the computer of the petitioner and the registration number has been issued by the office of circle office and the same registration number has been issued to three persons. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that serious allegations are there against the petitioner of manipulating the income certificate and issued it to another person. 5. From the contents of the FIR, it transpires that same [ 2025:JHHC:25328] -2- registration number has been issued to three persons and allegations are made that the petitioner has tampered with the certificates, however, it has been pointed out that the registration certificate has been issued by the Circle Office, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty- five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ramgarh, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 105 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Amitesh/-
