Mr. Sandeep Pathak, counsel for respondents submits that pursuant to this Court’s order dated 29th July 2025, respondents have instructed him that all 11 bank guarantees have been returned to ICICI Bank with a letter dated 31st July 2025 and copy of said letter has been marked to petitioner. He tenders a copy of letter dated 1st August 2025 along with a copy of letter dated 31st July 2025, both of which are taken on record and marked collectively as ‘X’ for identification. 2. Mr. Ashish Poonia, counsel for petitioner states that there are actually 12 bank guarantees and the 12th of which is linked to a [2025:RJ-JP:30000-DB] (2 of 2) [CW-8402/2025] show cause notice that was issued. Counsel further states that his instructions are that show cause notice is being withdrawn. 3. Mr. Sandeep Pathak, counsel for respondents states that if that is withdrawn, then along with withdrawal order the bank guarantee will also be cancelled and then returned. 4. Petition disposed.
