The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S. T. Case No. 493/2022 arising out of Lalpur P.S. Case No. 25/2022, for the offence registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Addl. Judicial Commissioner-VIII, Ranchi. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.4509 of 2024 by order dated 02.12.2024. The petitioner is main assailant of the deceased. It was submitted that out of seven chargesheeted witnesses, five witnesses have been examined. Considering the nature of allegation and the trial is at the fag end of its conclusion, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
