Case No. 58/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(2)(m), 303(2), 351(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat. 3. On 23.02.2023 at about 2:00 P.M., petitioner drugged the informant and thereafter raped her. It is alleged that he video graphed his sexual assault upon the informant and started blackmailing her. It is further alleged that petitioner also took away jewelries of the informant. 4. It was submitted that the informant had refused to get herself medically examined. It was further submitted that there was money transaction between petitioner and informant. It was also submitted that informant had gone to Jamshedpur by her own will. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
