Naik, learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submits that an endorsement has been made out on 01.07.2024 and in terms of the said endorsement, petitioners have been called upon to produce certain documents. 3. In light of the same, respondents are directed to consider the pending application for change in land use upon the petitioner furnishing documents as sought for in the endorsement. Such consideration is endeavoured to be completed within a period not later than 6 months from today. Needless to state that compliance of furnishing of documents as undertaken by the petitioner in terms of the endorsement to be made within two weeks from today. 4.
