Case No. 20 of 2025, registered for the offences under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sahibganj. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2025 and one of the co-accused has been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 5606 of 2025. He submits that the person who has already been granted bail, on whose instance, towel was recovered and the allegation is against him. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2025 and it appears that the case of the petitioner is on better footing. 5. Regard being had to the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sahibganj in connection with Borio P.S.
