HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 6011 of 2025 Court No. - 17 HON'BLE SUBHASH VIDYARTHI, J. 1. Heard Ms. Himanshu Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division, Court No.23, Barabanki to decide the Regular Suit No.71 of 2017 expeditiously. 3. In response to a question put by the court, the learned counsel for the petitioner replied that no order of temporary injunction has been passed in favour of the petitioner but a perusal of the copy of the order sheet of the trial Court annexed with the petitioner revealed that an interim order was passed by the trial court on 04.04.2017 directing parties to maintain status-quo regarding possession. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out as to whether the defendants have been served with the summons of the suit and whether the pleadings are complete. 5. In absence of requisite information enabling this Court to take a decisive view of the matter, no direction can be issued to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the suit. 6. Accordingly, the instant petition is hereby dismissed.
