The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khelari PS Case No.59 of 2024, for offence registered under section 420 IPC and Section 66(d)/66(e)/67 (A) of I.T. Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner and the victim were in relationship and relationship has developed and victim later on was not ready to solemnize marriage with the petitioner and allegations are made that certain photographs were uploaded of the victim on Instagram and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioner has received notice under section 41A CrPC and has also replied the same. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of sending the photographs on instagram. 5. Considering that petitioner has complied notice under section 41A Cr.PC, the petitioner above named is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court concerned within two weeks from today, and the learned court shall release the petitioner above named on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
