No one is present on behalf of the petitioner whereas learned A.G.A. for the State is present. 3. This Court had passed the following order on 25.01.2024:- "Heard. The writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- (i) issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 3 to not to harass the petitioner, in the interest of justice. (1) To issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 for taking the appropriate action against the opposite party no. 3 by for the atrocities which is being done by the opposite party no. 3 against the petitioner. The petitioner alleges harassment by the police, who make him sit for hours in the police station without any cause. He says that he was alleged to be involved in three criminal but have been acquitted in all of them, therefore, there is no cause for such treatment by the police. Tilhari shall seek instruction in the matter and also as to whether CCTV, if it is installed at the police station- Khiron, District- Raebareily concerned, is functional or not. Put up this case on 1.2.2024 as fresh." 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 01.02.2024 received from Sri Rajbahadur, Sub Inspector, Police Station Kheero, District Raebareli, submits that four cases are registered against the petitioner, Sarvan in Police Station Kheero, District Raebareli and one case is registered in Police Station Lalganj, District Raebareli and in all of them, after investigation, charge sheet has been submitted in the Court. It has further been stated in the instructions that the petitioner has not been harassed ever unnecessary and in compliance of the aforesaid order, total 05 IP (CP Plus) Cameras are installed and presently out of 05, total 04 IP Cameras are working properly and 01 IP Camera is not working due to technical fault from 15.01.2024.
