JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 5 23-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Informant and learned APP for the State. 2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 379, 447, 504 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and his father are said to have assaulted the deceased with a rod on his head and the deceased was stabbed also. 4. The petitioner is in jail since 18.07.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is not clear as to who has given the fatal blow due to which the deceased has died. From the FIR and the Post-mortem report, it appears that deceased has brutally been assaulted by both the accused persons. 8. In view of the aforesaid, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 9. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. Vikas/- (Sandeep Kumar, J) U
