Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 712 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 121, 122, 103(1), 76, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. On 17.03.2023 at about 8.00 pm, the petitioner along with fourteen accused persons had assaulted the father of the informant by stone and sticks, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that co-accused Anju Devi has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 6321 of 2025 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Parsudih P.S.
