Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed with the following prayer:- "To direct learned Additional District Judge-I/Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sultanpur to decide the Sessions Trial No. 137 of 2023 (State Vs. Sandeep Singh @ Pintu) u/s 323, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Sultanpur arising out of F.I.R. No. 342 of 2021 lodged at Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, u/s 307, 504, 506 I.P.C., within the stipulated time." 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned Additional District Judge-I/Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sultanpur to decide the Sessions Trial No. 137 of 2023 (State Vs. Sandeep Singh @ Pintu) u/s 323, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Sultanpur arising out of F.I.R. No. 342 of 2021 lodged at Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, u/s 307, 504, 506 I.P.C., pending before him/her, expeditiously, in accordance with law. 6. In view of the aforesaid terms, the application U/s 483 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
